Location: Remote within the Cape Town/Winelands area or nearby
Background We are a well-established and growing Property Management and Maintenance Company based in Southwest London, operating throughout the city. The successful applicant will work as part of a team managing maintenance obligations for our 600-managed properties and external clients as we expand.
No day will be the same, you will tackle a variety of tasks each week. Problem-solving, time management, and organisation are essential to ensure contractors and tradespeople are on time, within budget, and complete the required work to meet our company’s commitments.
The Role The Electrical Coordinator will:
Arrange and manage maintenance work obligations for our buildings.
Schedule jobs using our software.
Liaise with contractors on-site and arrange building access.
Monitor and update job reports.
Handle invoicing.
Support business development to grow the contracts portfolio.
Key Duties
Efficiently schedule work to maximize revenue and minimize travel and costs.
Invoice and report on property visits, addressing follow-up work or customer interaction as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse the property portfolio and engage in business development to maximise revenue.
Skills & Experience
Basic electrical knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn additional software applications.
Previous experience in coordinating, scheduling, and reporting.

Salary, Benefits & Hours of Work
Salary: 18,000 – 23,000 ZAR per month
15 days annual holidays (plus public holidays)
Standard hours: 08:00–17:00 UK Time, Monday–Friday

Additional Information
Applicants must be based in the Cape Town/Winelands area or nearby, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in Stellenbosch.
