Electrician - Contract

Location: Newcastle
Pay Rate: £27.00 per hour
Duration: 5-week project with the opportunity to move straight onto another project

We are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for a school lighting upgrade project based in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable electricians looking for immediate work, with the potential for ongoing employment following the completion of this project.

The Role

• Carrying out lighting upgrades throughout a school environment


• Replacing existing lighting with new energy-efficient LED fittings


• Testing and commissioning completed installations


• Working safely and efficiently to programme deadlines


• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety

Requirements

• Gold ECS Card


• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)


• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations


• Experience carrying out lighting upgrade projects


• Own tools and PPE


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
