Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Manufacturing is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Electrician to join their team in the Western Cape.Responsibilities:To do electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical work, including schedule activities, installations and fault finding on equipment, buildings and systems. Including project work.All installation work done to comply with SANS Parts 1& 2.Ensure optimal plant performance, so as to achieve OEE targets.Duties include but will not be limited toSafety ChecksCircuit and system measure and analysis.Control system design and constructionFaultfinding on electrical and electro-mechanical systemsServicing of equipmentWiring for power and control circuitsWaterproofing of electrical equipmentWiring of premisesBreakdown repairsDetailed feedback on work done, failures, materials used, time usedSystem improvement plans & recommendationsRequirements:Qualified Electrician and at least N5 certificateExperience working in FMCG plants with refrigeration equipment as well.Experience working with electronic grading systemsExperience working on refrigeration plant and equipment control systemsPLC programming experienceCandidates should have own transport.Experience in HT switching would be advantageous.Root cause analysis (5 Why’s etc.)Structured problem solvingExperience with Variable speed drives.Team workGood communicatorBenefits:Salary: RK/yr – RK/yr, salary negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentPaid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Brittney Basson at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
