To acquire, service and retain clients through the Employer Value Banking model by engaging company decision-makers and employees, delivering onsite activations, and positioning bundled banking solutions that meet personal and business needs. The role focuses on proactive sales, Private Banking and Prestige client identification, and the growth of quality portfolios.
We are looking for a mature, commercially astute acquisitions professional with a minimum of three years’ proven external sales experience, preferably within financial services or a relationship-driven environment. The ideal candidate is polished and confident in engaging high net worth individuals and business stakeholders, able to enter new networks, build credibility quickly, and position our value proposition with professionalism and discretion. You will bring a disciplined, structured approach to pipeline management and weekly sales planning, with a proven track record of target achievement through proactive hunting, networking, referrals and strategic prospecting, supported by strong financial acumen, resilience, independence and coachability.
Key responsibilities:
Acquire new clients by running onsite activations, bank days and workplace engagements
Build strong relationships with companies and their employees to drive Employer Value Banking uptake
Identify and migrate qualifying clients into Private Banking and Prestige offerings
Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate transactional, lending and investment solutions
Deliver against sales targets through proactive hunting, cross-selling and portfolio growth
