Job Description - Enterprise SDR - Step into Fintech & SaaS - R450k per annum On Target Earnings

At Delta-v, you’ll use your sales experience to connect with decision-makers at top international startups, generate high-value pipeline, and play a key role in driving revenue growth. This is where commercial talent becomes tech sales expertise.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t about dial counts, it’s about impact. You’ll be identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and opening doors to some of the most exciting tech companies in the world.

You’ll also go through the Delta-v Go-to-Market Academy, an intensive, practical training program that will sharpen your sales skills and set you up for rapid progression.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Master the FinTech and SaaS landscape across EMEA markets
  • Research and qualify high-value target accounts
  • Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Book and attend meetings with C-level executives
  • Continuously refine your approach with coaching from sales leaders
  • A university degree
  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales role
  • A genuine passion for business, sales, and technology
  • Energy, curiosity, and the drive to outperform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Based in Cape Town (or open to relocate)
  • South African citizen
  • Uncapped commission and strong performance incentives
