Job Title: Entry Clerk

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to R 23 000 CTC

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Entry Clerk to join our team. The Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database systems and ensuring the information is up to date and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into the database system in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entry
• Maintain and update records as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accuracy of information
• Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an Entry Clerk or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data entry software or systems
• Additional certifications in data entry or related fields.
