Are you experienced in estimating and ready for your next challenge in the marine and ship repair industry? We're looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our Durban team. Youll play a key role in managing tender processes and resource planning within our Ship Repair Department.

What Youll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Reviewing and interpreting client specifications, terms, and conditions for ship repair tenders

Preparing accurate and competitive tender and supporting documentation

Estimating labour, materials, and resource requirements

Conducting on-board ship inspections

Following up on quotations and handling client feedback

Performing general administrative support as needed

What Youll Need to Succeed

Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering

Experience in a ship repair environment (advantageous)

Solid knowledge of TNPA facilities, procedures, and rates

Proficiency in REFMAN is essential

Excellent Excel/Spreadsheet skills

Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
