Calendar and Inbox Management: Actively manage a complex business diary, schedule meetings systematically, and filter high-volume email correspondence.
Business Travel Coordination: Organise end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries, visa applications, and foreign exchange (forex) management.
Corporate Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal personnel and external stakeholders, handling sensitive business inquiries with absolute professionalism and discretion.
Ad Hoc Project Support: Provide project management support to the broader organisational team in the planning and execution of reinsurance conferences, leadership development programmes, and strategy sessions.
Personal and Lifestyle Management: Coordinate the executive's private diary, personal appointments, household requirements, and family support frameworks.
Personal Travel and Finance: Manage personal travel arrangements, event logistics, private errands, and personal financial administration
Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with specific experience managing an executive's private and personal life.
Valid South African Driver's Licence (Code B/08) and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
Demonstrated ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding private affairs, finances, and family matters.
High level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability when handling complex requirements.
A relevant tertiary qualification is highly advantageous.
Prior experience assisting with large-scale corporate initiatives, specifically planning reinsurance conferences, leadership development programmes, and strategy sessions.
Documented experience seamlessly balancing high-volume business diaries alongside personal estate, family, and personal finance management.
Prior experience coordinating complex international travel pipelines across multiple global regions (e.g., UK, Australia, Europe).
