Executive Head: Transmission Networks

Your responsibilities will include: LLB Degree and admitted attorney with a minimum of 8 - 10 years post qualification experience. Proven track record in providing strategic legal advice to clients in the fintech sector. Prior experience working in major financial institution, financial services regulatory authority, or financial services practice and/or department within a major law firm or reputable corporate. Comprehensive technical knowledge of insurance, digital payments services and/or payments acquiring is essential. Knowledge and/or awareness of relevant technological developments within the financial, payments-acquiring and digital payments services industries. Experience in dealing with regulatory and government authorities. Extensive commercial law, drafting and negotiation experience, with ability to provide timely and innovative legal solutions in a fast- moving industry. Experienced commercial attorney with knowledge of telecoms industry, general technology law, financial services / fintech or related experience. Fluency in English is mandatory. Well-developed business acumen and ICT awareness Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Critical and integrative thinking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability and resilience Strategic formulation and concept development Proven track record in managing the delivery of large engineering projects Familiarity with network architecture and strategy In-depth knowledge of transmission planning, optimization, and deployment Experience with transmission systems (microwave, fibre, satellite, SDH, DWDM, IP/MPLS, Ethernet) Proficiency in fixed network planning tools Knowledge of regulatory standards and licensing Ability to work under pressure and manage relationships effectively
