Job Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing international recruitment agency. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for South African professionals who are passionate about recruitment and ready to make a long-term impact.

The ideal candidate is either a solid 180 recruiter with ambition to grow into a 360 role, or an experienced 360 recruiterwith a proven track record. You will work USA hours (3pm–12am SAST, weekdays) and focus on placing top talent in accounting, healthcare, and legal sectors for clients based in the United States.

We’re looking for someone reliable, self-driven, and committed to long-term success — no micromanagement, just the support and autonomy you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates for US-based roles across accounting, healthcare, and legal.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, and internal CRM tools to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end: from sourcing to placement.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and client service throughout.
• Work collaboratively with a remote team to meet placement targets and business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (180 or 360 role).
• Experience recruiting for the US market is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and the ability to work USA business hours (3pm–12am SAST).
• Passion for recruitment and a desire to commit to a long-term role with growth potential.
