External Sales Rep

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Mechanical / Engineering qualification preferred
3. Experience reading/understanding AutoCAD drawings
4. Proven sales experience
5. Own transport
6. More than 3 years sales experience

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and source new accounts by analysing account potential, initiating, developing and closing sales.
• Visit and enhance business with existing clients. (Grow house accounts)
• Assisting with clarifying drawings, samples, templates, etc.
• To pursue new business through cold calling.
• Keep client call schedule up to date with current market information.
• Daily update of trip and call schedule including cold calling and house accounts.
• Monthly update of own client list and sales figures
• Attend weekly sales meeting.
