Job Description - External Sales Rep

Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years Sales Experience in the Automotive (Fleets, Workshops, Retail) sector.
Matric, non-negotiable.
Computer literate.
Automotive product knowledge.
Extensive motor vehicle repair knowledge.
Electrical, mechanical and diesel knowledge.
Technical automotive background.
Technical diesel background.

Competencies:

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

Cold call potential new customers.
Meet with potential new customers and promote product and service offerings.
Convince customers to buy the product that meets their needs.
Identify and suggest products or ranges based on customer needs or current stock levels.
Resolve customer complaints or queries.
Demonstrate products to customers.
