Fast Food Store Manager

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and cost-effective operation of a fast-food store, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, operational efficiency and staff performance.
  

• Manage the daily operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
  
• Ensure food preparation, quality and service meet required operational standards.
  
• Manage and develop staff, including training, performance and adherence to procedures.
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and equipment maintenance.
  
• Manage stock levels, stock-taking, wastage and deliveries.
  
• Oversee daily cash-ups, banking and other basic financial controls.
  
• Ensure administrative and staff-related records are accurately maintained.
  
• Monitor customer service and resolve complaints appropriately.
  
• Ensure company procedures, operational standards and workplace rules are consistently followed.
  
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers, suppliers and staff.
