Feature Analyst

• Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and well-defined technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into feasible solutions.
  
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams to document functionalities and workflows.
  
• Analyse and understand existing systems and identify potential integration points for new features.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of technical specifications.
  
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure solutions meet user requirements.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the banking industry.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Feature Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, preferably Agile principles.
  
• Experience with solutioning and creating process diagrams.
  
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise technical documentation.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Experience with web application development and integrations between front-end and back-end systems.
  
• Understanding of the banking industry and its regulations.
