Job Description - Field Sales Team Leader - Hazyview

We are looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to join our Field Sales team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

You will lead and manage a dynamic team of 10-20 field sales agents, driving sales performance while developing talent and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market reach in the Mpumalanga region. As a servant leader, you will coach, motivate, and empower your team to achieve exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service.

This includes conducting daily performance reviews, providing real-time coaching, and offering emotional support during challenging periods. Your leadership will directly impact both individual agent success and overall regional performance, making this role essential to our continued growth across African markets.

Expertise

We are looking for a street-smart leader who can read situations quickly and build authentic relationships with both team members and customers. You must be self-motivated with a hunger for growth and results, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where daily performance metrics drive decision-making.

Essential requirements include proven experience in team leadership, preferably managing 8-25 sales professionals, with a track record of successful recruitment and talent development. You should demonstrate absolute integrity and trustworthiness in all business dealings, as you'll be handling sensitive customer information and managing team performance data.

We expect you to excel at strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, developing innovative approaches to overcome market challenges while maintaining compliance with company policies. Experience with daily reporting systems, conducting effective team meetings, and documenting outcomes for continuous improvement is essential.
