2 - 3 Year Book Keeping Experience

Position Type:

Full-time 

Key Responsibilities: 

Full accounting and audit function for the entity including but not limited to

Budget preparation

Preparation of monthly management accounts

Oversee and manage the internal and external audit processes

eFiling submissions - VAT201, IRP6, ITR14

Managing and reconciling cashbook entries using Sage Evolution.

Loading and managing payments through Business Online.

Management of customers and suppliers

Processing of purchase orders on Sage Evolution

Handling the costing and processing of imported goods.

Inventory adjustments

Physical Inventory counts

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 

Desired experience and qualifications:  

• Matric or equivalent; additional certification in Accounting/Finance/Book keeping is a plus. 

• Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience 
  

• SAGE experience will be highly advantageous. 

• Excel experience 

This position will require an individual who possesses the following attributes: 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. 

• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
