Job Description - Finance Administrator

A fast growing consumer healthcare distribution company is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. This role forms part of the finance and operations team and will report to the Finance Manager. The Finance Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, including the general maintenance of the Cape Town office. This is a full-time onsite opportunity (8am - 5pm)

Responsibilities:

Processing orders, capturing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This position will also support stock management tasks in coordination with warehousing team in Johannesburg.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Strong numerical and analytical skills with an attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
1-2 years' experience in a financial administrator role
