FINANCE MANAGER CA(SA) - R70k pm - PROPERTY - SEA POINT

• Manage the full financial cycle: budgeting, forecasting, monthly/quarterly reporting.
  
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
  
• Manage cash flow projections, working capital, and financing needs.
  
• Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure compliance with IFRS and CT Exchange/REIT reporting standards.
  
• Monitor property -level performance and asset returns.
  
• Support investor relations and capital raise activities with financial inputs.
  
• Liaise with operations, property and leasing teams to align finance and business objectives.
  
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
  

Requirements

• CA(SA) with 2+ years’ relevant experience
  
• Strong grasp of IFRS, REIT frameworks, and South African tax regulations.
  
• Proficiency in sophisticated financial modelling and ERP/accounting systems.
  
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills.
  
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication skills for cross -functional collaboration.
  
• Proven ability to mentor and manage junior finance staff.
