FINANCE MANAGER CA(SA) - (TECH) - R80k - 70k pm - CAPE TOWN

A fast -scaling leader in the tech space is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and contribute to shaping the broader financial strategy. This is a high -impact role where you'll work closely with the CFO, offering strategic input while ensuring solid financial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all core financial operations, including performance tracking, invoicing, compliance, tax, treasury, and cash flow
  

• Partner with the CFO and Financial Reporting Lead to define and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth trajectory
  

• Ensure adherence to local and international compliance standards in partnership with the Legal and Compliance function
  

• Act as a financial advisor to stakeholders across departments, offering insight to guide both operational and strategic decisions
  

• Deliver data -driven analysis to support executive projects and decision -making
  

• Build and lead a strong finance team, fostering professional development and high performance
  

Requirements

Requirements

• CA(SA) with at least 3 years’ post -articles commercial experience
  

• Solid technical accounting background with an eye for improving systems and controls
  

• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex data and financial models
  

• Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational detail
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging across teams
  

• Track record of working effectively in fast -paced, high -growth business environments
  

• Exposure to managing multi -entity finance operations and tax matters, including transfer pricing, is advantageous
