• Preparation and compilation of monthly management reports

• Submissions of VAT201, EMP201, and EMP501
  
• Payment of monthly and weekly invoices
  
• Managing the finance administrator 
  
• Compiling annual budgets and monthly targets
  
• Receipting and reconciling cash books to bank statements
  
• Preparation of year -end audit files and addressing audit queries ​
  

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Finance 
  
• Property experience advantageous
  
• Advanced Excel Capability
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Strong teamwork, co -ordination, and planning, self -driven, and ability to work at pace in a dynamic organization
  
• Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
