Finance Officer

Position: Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards

- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

- Assist with financial planning and strategy development

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

- Train and supervise junior finance staff as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a corporate setting

- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations

- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
