Financial Administrator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support our finance team by managing financial records, handling debtors and creditors, and assisting with general financial operations. Proficiency in financial software and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage and follow up on debtors and creditors.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist with financial projects and provide admin support.

• Proficient in Xero, Excel, and similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Matric and 5–7 years in a similar role.
• Experience with debtors/creditors functions.
• Own transport and valid driver’s license.
• Relevant financial qualifications are a plus.
