Job Summary:

The Financial Advisor will play a crucial role in advising clients on financial matters, conducting assessments of their financial situations, and recommending personalized solutions. This position requires a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, alongside a strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations and investment portfolios.
• Develop and implement personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
• Provide expert advice on investments, savings, retirement planning, and tax strategies.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and regular updates on market trends.
• Stay informed of financial products, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting investments.
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients to adjust financial plans as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and financial plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic financial solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, financial planning concepts, and market trends.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.
