Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for your next challenge? This is a fantastic

opportunity to take ownership of the finance function within a dynamic and growing organisation based in the UK.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

As Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the financial health of the

business.

Your responsibilities will include:

â Overseeing all accounting operations: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll,

and bank reconciliations.

â Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/GAAP.

â Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

â Monitoring cashflow and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

â Identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies and staying ahead of legislative changes.

â Mentoring and developing a motivated finance team.

â Driving improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

â Proven experience in a Financial Controller (or similar) role in the UK.

â Experience using Quickbooks

â Strong analytical skills and knowledge of VAT, property tax, and corporation tax.

â Experience submitting final accounts to HMRC and producing corporation tax returns.

â Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across

teams.

â A proactive, detail -oriented, and solutions -focused mindset.
