The Opportunity

This is A HANDS ON finance role. You’ll be
part of a passionate management team, working closely with operations,
production, and leadership to strengthen financial processes, improve
visibility, and drive informed decisions.

It’s the perfect challenge for a technically strong,
commercially minded professional who enjoys building structure, implementing
systems, and getting involved in the heart of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Take
  full ownership of the finance function — from management reporting to cash
  flow, controls, and compliance.
  
• Lead
  the implementation and integration of new systems and processes to improve
  efficiency and transparency.
  
• Partner
  with operations and production teams to align financial reporting with
  business performance.
  
• Develop
  management packs, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic
  decision-making.
  
• Strengthen
  internal controls and ensure compliance across all financial and statutory
  areas.
  
• Manage
  relationships with auditors, banks, and key external partners.
  
• Support
  the broader group finance function through consolidated reporting and
  governance improvements.
  
  

Requirements

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are:

• A CA(SA), CIMA, or SAIPA professional with strong post-articles
  experience.
  
• Experienced
  in manufacturing, retail, or similar environments with a focus on
  systems and process improvement.
  
• Comfortable
  operating in a growing, entrepreneurial business where your input makes a
  visible difference.
  
• Hands-on,
  disciplined, and detail-driven — with the ability to build order in a
  fast-moving environment.
  
• A
  confident communicator who enjoys working across departments and adding
  structure where it’s needed most.
