Established in 2024, our client is a recruitment company working with Financial Services businesses across the UK, with a particular focus on Wealth Management and Financial Planning roles.

Due to strong client demand, the business is increasing its team and is looking for a 180 or 360 Recruitment Consultant.

THE ROLE: FINANCIAL SERVICES RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – UK MARKET

The Financial Services Recruitment Consultant will support recruitment delivery across the UK market, covering candidate outreach, screening, job advertising, applicant review, and management of the interview and offer process.

For 360 consultants, the role also includes managing existing client relationships and conducting business development through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold and warm calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Conduct candidate outreach via email and LinkedIn.

  Screen candidates for vacancies over the phone.

  
  


• 
  

  Post job adverts and review applicants.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the interview and offer process.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage existing client relationships via email, phone and Microsoft Teams for 360 recruitment.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct business development through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach for 360 recruitment.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct cold and warm calls as part of business development activity for 360 recruitment.

  
  

ABOUT YOU

• 
  

  Experience working within a recruitment agency is essential.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience within the Financial Services or professional services market is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong IT skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.

  
  


• 
  

  Sales and Business Development experience is desirable.
