Responsibilities:
· Execute a variety of handyman tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
· Perform routine maintenance functions on and around sites
· Paint and filling holes/cracks (on walls, sidewalks etc.). Display the knowledge and/or ability to be an expert in the field of being a painte
