Drive emergency response vehicles to incident scene
Isolation of fires and Assessment of situation [First responder]
Isolation of Valves
Containment of leaking equipment
Search and Rescue affected personnel
Protect un-affected plant equipment
Physical preparedness [Fitness]
Administer first aid
