The Role: Fleet Controller
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of fleet operations. You will oversee driver performance, vehicle availability, and maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal fleet utilisation and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring 3–5 years of experience in fleet coordination or transport operations

• Manage fleet capacity, schedules, and availability

• Supervise and support drivers to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Monitor vehicle performance, usage, and maintenance needs

• Coordinate vehicle repairs and liaise with workshops

• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures

• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation

• Assist with route planning and transport logistics as required

About You

• 3–5 years experience in a fleet controller or similar role

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

• Logistics or transport qualification advantageous

• Computer literacy and basic admin/reporting skills
