Flight Administrator

ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill temporary vacancies within the Operations Division, based at Cape Town International Airport.

The main objective of the position is to effectively coordinate the ground handling, flight setup process, dispatch functions as well as all FBO type requests to ensure a service of high standards, quality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively handle the ground handling process


• Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients


• Ensure effective marketing of the FBO services


• Ensure that all costing for invoicing are done effectively


• Effectively handle flight clearances, security services or any aviation service


• Ensure that all flight preparations are done


• Ensure effective post flight handling (receive aircraft on arrival, obtain relevant post flight details and documentation, handover to charter/dispatch)


• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

Experience

• 2 – 3 Years’ experience in dispatching aircraft


• 2 Years general administration related experience, preferably in the Business Aviation

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12


• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Relevant aviation regulatory training courses (Aviation Services, Airside Induction, AVOP, Dangerous Goods)


• Flightware Training (Preferable)

Additional Requirements

• Driver’s License (Code 8) & own reliable transport


• Ability to work shifts and overtime
