The Role: Floor Leader Somerset Mall
The Floor Leader will take on an entry-level leadership role, guiding team members on the shop floor, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting sales growth. This position is ideal for someone with prior retail experience and natural leadership ability, eager to step into a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth floor management

• Motivate and guide sales assistants to achieve store goals

• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store presentation standards

• Assist with scheduling and shift coordination when required

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly

• Monitor sales performance and assist in driving KPIs

About You

• At least 1-2 years of retail experience, with exposure to team support or leadership

• Natural leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills

• Matric required, with further retail training a plus

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability

• Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow into a management career

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (5 working days per week with 1 guaranteed weekend off per month)
