Strategic Account Leadership
Develop and execute account strategies that align with broader business goals.
Manage long-term relationships with major retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Drive account performance, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
Sales Execution & Team Leadership
Own revenue targets across key accounts, delivering market share and brand visibility.
Lead and mentor the Key Account Management team to exceed performance goals.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
Co-create tailored campaigns and product offerings for strategic accounts.
Ensure product availability and timely delivery through close coordination with logistics.
Negotiation & Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across client organisations.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing agreements, and promotional planning.
Resolve challenges with agility and professionalism, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
Deliver monthly performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Use data-driven insights to refine account plans and drive business outcomes.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
8–10 years in Key Account Management or Sales Leadership within FMCG.
Proven success managing large accounts and negotiating high-value contracts.
Skills & Competencies
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and sales analytics platforms.
