Job Description

• To check the cost control report thoroughly before procurement send it to the MD
• Manage daily operations by being visible on the floors and on your workstation
• To ensure that the food and beverage cost management control is monitored regularly
• Inventory management, to track sales and consumption patterns, monitor inventory levels, and order supplies based on forecast and budget
• Staff Training, maintain quality and consistency, to train your staff on how to prepare, serve, and store beverages correctly, have reliable staff who can perform their tasks efficiently, honesty and effectively. provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff,
• Customer satisfaction, to create a positive and memorable experience for our guests, who may have different needs, preferences, and expectations. handle any complaints or issues that may arise with professionalism and courtesy.
• Innovate F&B offerings by creating and delivering new and exciting F&B products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations and preferences, increasing revenue and profit. conduct market research, testing new ideas, and launching new F&B concepts, formats, and channels.
• To work together with the Chefs and other staffs in creating nutritious and tasty food as per guests’ requirements and diet plans
• Develop and implement SOPs for F&B department

Inherent Requirements

Requirements

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Communication and leadership skills
• Diploma or degree in food service management or related field
