Key Responsibilities:

• Host guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
  


• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  


• Conduct stock control and room checks
  


• Handle office administration and reporting duties
  


• Ensure high standards across all guest-facing areas
  


• Support operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  


• Take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to the team environment
  

Requirements:

• Previous lodge or hospitality experience essential
  


• Excellent customer service and people skills
  


• Strong organisational and communication abilities
  


• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  


• Financial understanding and accountability
  


• Computer literate with strong written and verbal English
  


• ResRequest experience advantageous
  


• Own reliable transport essential
  


• Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently and within a team
