Fruit Technologist - Packing

• Interpret specifications and lead the packsheds to apply specifications accurately from fruit receiving to final product.
• Train quality personnel on specifications.
• Conduct weekly packhouse visits to ensure correct implementation of product specifications and monitor the quality of packed products.
• Facilitate and coordinate new processes and modify existing procedures to match business practices and requirements.
• Perform daily, weekly, and yearly data analysis across sites and report results.
• Conduct trials on new products and technologies in the packing operations.

• Technical Degree/Diploma or relevant qualification in quality management, agriculture, or a related field.
• 3 Years relevant experience in quality assurance, especially within the agricultural or packing industry.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply technical specifications.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvement.
