Our client, The Landbanking Group (TLG), is building Landler — a global platform that makes nature measurable and investable. It turns biodiversity, carbon, soil, and water into decision-grade data that landowners, companies, and investors can use to track risks, model interventions like regenerative farming, and create nature-based assets.
They are now seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to help build the technology behind this platform. In this role, you’ll develop APIs, integrations, and user-facing tools that make complex environmental science actionable — directly enabling better decisions for land use, investment, and ecosystem regeneration worldwide.

What You Will Be Doing
Build the platform: Develop functionality across the stack — React + TypeScript on the frontend, Django on the backend.
APIs & integrations: Write APIs that power the frontend and integrate with calculation engines that process large datasets and long-running computations.
Handle scale with confidence: Work comfortably with large databases (millions of rows), ensuring speed, reliability, and scalability.
Startup agility: Collaborate in an agile, fast-changing environment, breaking down work, estimating complexity, and iterating quickly on new ideas.
Proactive problem-solving: Spot opportunities, propose solutions, and drive features forward — not waiting for perfect specs but helping shape them.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across engineering, science, and product to turn complex environmental data into user-friendly tools.
Reliability: Contribute to decisions on availability, scalability, performance, and usability; troubleshoot incidents across the stack when needed.
