Are you a motivated, client-focused professional with a passion for real estate? Our client is  looking for talented individuals to join their team as Sales, Rental, and Commercial Agents!

Basic Requirements:

• NQF 4 / PDE 4 Qualification, with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
• A minimum of 1 years experience in real estate sales, commercial, or rental sectors, accompanied by a recent proven sales track record.
• A reliable vehicle for commuting to client appointments.
• Laptop (running Windows 10 or higher) and a cell phone.
• Financial stability to support yourself for 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters.
• Conduct consultations to understand and meet clients' needs and preferences.

Property Transactions:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, ensuring smooth and professional transactions.
• Help sellers price and market properties effectively.
• Guide buyers in finding their ideal properties and organise viewings.
• Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.

Market Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
• Prepare engaging property listings with descriptions, photos, and virtual tours. 
• Host show houses and create targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Salary Packages:

• Sales Agents: Commission-based with up to an 80/20 split (performance-based, annual sales tier model).
• Commercial Agents: Commission-based, directly linked to performance.
• Rental Agents: Target-based basic salary plus commission.
