FX Portuguese Sales Conversion Agent

TopTalent Recruitment Agency is excited to announce an incredible opportunity with a leading financial broker brand, seeking experienced French-speaking Sales Conversion Agents for their office in Cape Town, South Africa.

Please note that only those with a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in sales conversion in the Forex industry will be considered seriously and proceed to the next stages of the recruitment process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the company's products and service
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience (minimum 6 months experience) in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is a MUST!
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills
• Availability to start/join with the short notice

• Portuguese Nationals 2K in USD non Portuguese Nationals 1.5K in USD
• 30+ ftds ( depending on experience + shared accommodation ad after 2 months trial period work permit and contract
