Job Description - General Manager

The Role: We are looking for a strategic and results -oriented General Manager to lead our entire operation. You will be the primary architect of our restaurant's culture, responsible for bridging front -of -house (FOH) and back -of -house (BOH) teams to deliver a seamless, high -margin guest experience.

Requirements

Financial Literacy: Mastery of P&L statements, labor cost optimization (targeting 25–35%), and food cost management.
Digital Proficiency: Advanced skill with modern Point of Sale (POS) systems, AI -driven inventory tools, and scheduling software.
Analytical Ability: Experience using data analytics to drive menu engineering and strategic sales growth.
Leadership: Demonstrated capability to recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of 25–50+ front -of -house and back -of -house staff.
