General Worker – Luxury Wine Estate, Franschhoek

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and hands\-on General Worker to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in one of South Africa’s most beautiful wine regions, contributing to the smooth running of estate operations.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: R6,000 – R7,000 per month

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance of estate buildings and equipment
  




• Groundskeeping and landscaping duties
  




• Assisting with vineyard activities, including harvest support
  




• Helping with cellar and wine production tasks as needed
  




• Supporting team members across various operational areas
  




• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised work environment
