GENERAL WORKERS- MINE

Key Responsibilities

· Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment (by hand and/or using a dishwasher)
· Clean and sanitise kitchen areas, including workstations, fridges, freezers, and floors
· Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and preparing vegetables
· Empty, clean, and sanitise garbage bins and ensure proper waste disposal
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills

· Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards
