Job Description:

We are looking for fluent German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Umhlanga. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support, ensuring an excellent customer experience while working in an international and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

• Document customer interactions and follow internal procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level)

• English level B2 or higher

• Ability to work on-site in Umhlanga

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• No previous experience required (training provided)
