Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Asset Data Analyst to join their global team and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of asset data across our client’s device lifecycle services.
In this role, you will work in a collaborative, international environment, analysing complex data across multiple enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP. You will use your analytical expertise to identify data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements in data quality and processes. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and automation will be essential in turning data into clear insights that support informed decision‑making.
This position plays a critical role in enabling the effective delivery of Device Lifecycle Management services. Accurate, reliable asset data produced through this role underpins operational efficiency, financial transparency, and regulatory compliance. You will partner closely with operational teams, finance, technology, and customers to ensure that asset data can be trusted throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements
Experience working with asset, configuration, or service data in a complex enterprise or managed services environment
Proven ability to perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and reconciliation across multiple systems
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (CMDB and/or Asset Management) and exposure to SAP or similar ERP platforms
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting; experience using PowerPoint to communicate insights
Experience supporting data quality, integrity, and lifecycle management for assets or operational records
Team oriented thinking and working style paired with a high level of motivation to successfully transform the team’s objectives
Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment
Strong communications skills and confidence working with cross‑functional stakeholders including operations, finance, and customers at all hierarchy levels
Demonstrate a high degree of reliability, working effectively in a global and collaborative environment
High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills, addressing issues proactively and delivering effective, sustainable solutions
High focus on the way of continuous improvement with interest in AI and automation
Good time management, being well organized with the ability to also work in stressful situations structured and solution orientated
Excellent English skills, written and spoken (minim. CEFR at level B2)
Flexibility & willingness to travel globally
Responsibilities
Own effective onboarding of new customer accounts, ensuring high levels of asset data accuracy from day one.
Perform cross‑system technical analysis and reconciliation across ServiceNow, SAP, Warehouse Management systems, partner platforms, and customer CMDBs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and timely delivery of asset lifecycle and data objectives
Provide day-to-day operational support for asset and data-related queries from internal stakeholders and customers.
Execute advanced data quality validation and data integrity remediation to ensure asset records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Create and maintain asset records, including financial attributes, ensuring alignment across source systems.
Investigate and resolve asset data discrepancies and exceptions, including assets not progressing through expected lifecycle stages.
Update asset records to reflect changes in ownership, location, status, or lifecycle events driven by our client’s operations or customer inputs.
Validate key asset attributes (e.g., serial numbers) at every lifecycle touchpoint to prevent downstream issues.
Support billing and financial processes through reconciliation activities such as Global Consumption Report.
Maintain end-to-end asset lifecycle integrity, ensuring accurate status tracking from onboarding to end-of-life.
Support compliance and audit requirements, ensuring all assets are accurately recorded, traceable, and secure.
Ensure up-to date and accurate device asset data to enable efficient decision making and planning around forecasts and end-of term processing and to minimize commercial risks
