Butler fluent in German Hapag Lloyd Cruises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler fluent in German to join our team. As a full-time Butler, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests on board our luxurious cruise ships. Responsibilities: - Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences - Assist guests with unpacking and packing, including handling and organizing their belongings - Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest cabins and public areas - Coordinate and serve meals and beverages in guest cabins and private dining areas - Arrange and manage special requests and arrangements for guests, such as spa appointments, shore excursions, and special events - Handle and maintain guest laundry and wardrobe needs - Ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with other crew members to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Cruise Director or Hotel Manager Requirements: - Fluent in German, both written and spoken - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise ship - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Flexible schedule and willingness to work long hours and weekends - Knowledge of fine dining and wine service is a plus - Valid passport and able to obtain necessary visas for international travel If you are a dedicated and service-oriented individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
