German Speaking Dispatcher

Our client in Cape Town is looking for a German Speaking Dispatcher.

Location: In Office, Cape Town

The Dispatcher (DSP) serves as the primary point of communication between clients and production teams. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify and accurately interpret client requests. The DSP ensures that client instructions are executed efficiently, following internal processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client requests and fully understand tasks before execution.
• Parse and simplify information using PF tools (e.g., STAN, Saije).
• Communicate with clients professionally via phone and email.
• Accurately follow internal processes and workflows.
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of client requests.
• Collaborate with production teams to monitor dispatch acceptance, RCAs, rework jobs, and delivery processes.
• Support production activities as required.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or client services environment.
• Advantageous experience in roles such as LDTP, Job Lead, or Captain.
• Familiarity with BPO, dispatch, or customer-facing roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret complex client instructions.
• Excellent information parsing and communication skills (simplifying complex tasks).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with professional telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in German and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Technical Proficiency

• Comfortable using PF tools, including RMS, STAN, and Saije.
• Knowledge of internal workflows such as RCAs, rework jobs, dispatch acceptance, and delivery processes.

Salary: Market Related, depends on German level of proficiency
