About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking professionals to join an international customer support team supporting a leading online retail client.

You will assist customers with inquiries, order-related questions, account support, and general customer service while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related queries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Candidate Profile

• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
