Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00

Salary: R18,000 per month

Our client is an established international organisation in the insurance and medical assistance sector, seeking a German-speaking Policy Support Specialist to join their Cape Town team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and administer insurance policies and policy amendments.


• Handle customer and partner correspondence.


• Review and capture policy information accurately.


• Issue insurance documents, certificates and visa confirmations.


• Support policy maintenance, premium collection and related administration.


• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.


• Support team organisation and process improvements.

Requirements

• German: Minimum B2+ written and spoken.


• English: Native-level or highly advanced.


• Matric or equivalent.


• Previous insurance, claims, travel insurance, medical assistance or healthcare experience is advantageous.


• Strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.


• Strong Microsoft Office skills.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.


• Must have the legal right to work in South Africa.
