Raw Material / FP Planner

Purpose

Responsible for planning, scheduling and ordering of raw materials used in manufacturing facility to achieveand maintain KPI targets (PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB, etc.).

Core Responsibilities

Follow the parameterization in SAP.
• Identify and resolve shortages through effi cient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventoryfollowing corporate standards.
• Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans consideringcapacity and raw material availability.
• Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Track orders and escalate problems where necessary to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and prioritisation issues.
• Communicate and interact with areas involved, in order to solve issues.
• Achieve service level targets.
• Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).
• Provide mid-long term forecast to procurement.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders)and distribute.
• Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands. Create repack process orders as needed andrelease to production.
• Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional andglobal affi liates as required.

Academic Background

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,  Foreign Trade or others.

Professional experience

4+ years of experience in the area.

Technical Skills

APICS Certifi cation Desired
ERP/MRP expertise
Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI,BO)
Language skills: English * Fluent
Microsoft office expertise
