Graduate Investment Services Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and efficient service to clients through various communication channels.
  
• Respond to investment -related enquiries accurately and within agreed service levels.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and financial advisers.
  
• Process client instructions and maintain accurate records.
  
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate information regarding investment products and services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the following (or a related field): Finance, Economics, Investments, Business Management, Commerce, Business Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Planning,
  
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
• Good Matric results, above average matric math (60% and above | Math lit: 70% and above)
  
• GPAs of 65% and above
  
• Involvement in extra -curricular activities (sports, leadership, cultural or community)
  
• Not more than 2 years’ work experience
