Graduate: Junior Finance & Executive Support Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Finance & Executive Support Analyst to join the team, working closely with the CFO, CIO, and CEO. This is a growth -focused role designed for someone who wants hands -on experience across finance, strategy, and administration, with the opportunity to progress into a senior finance or strategy position over time.

What You’ll Do

Executive & Business Support

• Assist in preparing business plans, board packs, presentations, and funding/investment documents
  

• Conduct research and compile supporting information
  

• Follow up on action items and outstanding documentation
  

• Assist with building and maintaining basic financial models
  

• Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and scenario analysis
  

• Prepare financial summaries and reports
  

• Support month -end reporting processes
  

• Assist with outstanding invoices, debtor follow -ups, and maintaining the fixed asset register
  

• Prepare schedules for outsourced accountants and maintain financial filing
  

• Track contracts and renewals
  

• Maintain internal reporting templates and trackers
  

• Support process improvements across finance and business operations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Science, or related field
  
• 0–2 years’ work experience (graduates encouraged to apply)
  
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate minimum)
  
• Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
  
• Proactive, professional, and comfortable working with senior executives
  
• Eager to learn, grow, and build a long -term career within the business
